Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy governs the process for returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased on the Fragvalle website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms detailed below.

Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 Business days.

1. Return/Exchange Period
We offer a very strict 2-day window for you to initiate a return or exchange, starting from the confirmed date of delivery.

Eligibility for Return:
For your item to be eligible for a return or exchange, it must meet all of the following conditions:

Time Limit: The return request must be initiated via email within two (2) calendar days of the delivery date.

Condition: The item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. The original packaging, seals, cellophane, and any protective wraps must be intact and unbroken.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale):
Due to the nature of fragrances and hygiene considerations, the following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

Any product where the original seal, cellophane, or packaging has been opened, removed, or tampered with.

Sample sizes, decants, or travel-size sprays.


Items marked specifically as "Non-Returnable."

How to Initiate a Return:
To start a return, please email us immediately at fosak.international.group@gmail.com with the following information:

Your Order Number.

The item(s) you wish to return.

The reason for the return (e.g., damaged in transit, wrong item received).

Specify whether you are requesting a Refund or an Exchange.

We will review your request and provide detailed instructions. Items returned without prior email approval will not be accepted or processed.

2. Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected for compliance with the eligibility criteria, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Timeline:
Initiation: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited within seven (7) calendar days of the approval date.

Method: The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.

Processing Time: Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the funds back to your account, as this external processing time is outside of our control.

Shipping Costs (Refunds):
Our Error: If the return is due to our fault (e.g., damaged product, wrong item shipped), we will bear the costs of return shipping or provide a prepaid label, and you will receive a full product refund.

Customer Choice: If the return is approved but is due to customer choice (e.g., buyer's remorse, accidental order), the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item, and the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of:

The damaged product.

The exterior packaging and shipping box.

This allows us to file a claim with the carrier and process a replacement or refund for you promptly.
